What are our fees?

Property Sales

1% final sale value including VAT

 

Lettings and Management

Managed – 8% of collected rent per month.

AST Renewal Fee – £125 including VAT

 

Tenancy Fees

 Holding deposit is 1 weeks rent.

 Security deposit is 5 weeks rent.

 A months rent is needed preferably 5 days before key collection/move in date.

 Lost Key Fee - £25.00

 Changes to tenancy fee - £75.00

 Early termination of tenancy fee – Reasonable cost of re let + Liable for rent till replacement has signed tenancy.

Tenant Find Fee

£450 including VAT (Non managed property)

£350 including VAT (Managed property)
